A holding page website for a real estate development on London's South Bank. This simple site is just temporary whilst the main website is developed.

The website includes an animated logo created by an animator in After Effects and embedded using a Lottie file.

I was commisioned to build a holding page for a new building in west London.

The page is a simple static HTML page for the time being. The main website will be built in due course.

Saentys – full-time employee

Whilst the bulk of this website was a "standard" static website, I added a basic Laravel back-end to provide the functionality to automatically generate personalised PDF downloads.

The website made use of some basic animations to display content as the user scrolled down the page.

There were also some playful animations added to some SVG illustrations of people (i.e. blinking eyes).
